Delivery Policy

Hardware

Delivery of your Polycom phone will be within 7-10 days. We carry the phones in stock, but require this time period to enable us to supply your requested geographic number, and to provision your phone on our Concero Comms platform.

Service Delivery

Our service is provided in two parts: Monthly licence rental, and monthly calls, which are billed in arrears. The service is provided using our Direct-Debit facility only.
